About this event
In October, Microsoft will drop support for Windows 10 and these PCs will no longer receive security or bug updates. Older PCs (typically made before 2021) cannot be upgraded to Windows 11 due to changes made by Microsoft.
Facing a decision to buy a new computer, Ben decided it was time to take the plunge into the Mac world. In this class, Ben will discuss his personal experience transitioning from Windows to using the Mac operating system. The topics covered will include:
- Rational for the change
- Selecting which Mac to buy
- Migration experience
- Differences and unexpected bonuses
